YOUR IP ADDRESS
If you visit the Gem Matchmaking website, we automatically collect your IP address and the search engine you used. We use your IP address to identify and gather broad demographic Information about you, improve our services, and diagnose problems with our Site. When you use the Website or Member Portal, additional Information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, visit time, referring website addresses, profile information, aggregated user data, and cookie information is automatically collected. When you register for a membership and create an account, we collect user-entered and submitted Information to identify you, such as your name, phone number, and email address. We will also collect photos and other distinguishing information to complete your profile. We may also record and collect video screening calls and meetings. As a Member of Gem Matchmaking, you permit Gem Matchmaking to share your profile photos, pre-recorded videos, and profile details with other Members as part of the matchmaking service.

Gem Matchmaking’s liability from or arising out of this Policy or any breach thereof shall be, regardless of theory of liability or cause of action, limited to direct damages, shall not exceed US$100.00 under any circumstance.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

This program will send users promotional messages at random intervals, typically promotional offers and events. When you opt-in, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will send you SMS messages again.
